Pre-Order Policy

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available for general purchase. Pre-order products are not in stock at the time of purchase.

2. Payment

Payment for pre-order items is collected at checkout. This secures your reservation and ensures that your item is allocated once inventory arrives.

3. Estimated Release & Shipping Dates

Estimated release or shipping dates are provided as a guideline and may change due to factors such as manufacturing delays, supplier issues, or shipping disruptions.
We will notify customers if significant delays occur.

4. Order Processing

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together when all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
Customers who prefer separate shipments should place separate orders.

5. Delays & Changes

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, release dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Cancellations

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Pre-orders may or may not be cancelable depending on the product. Please review product-specific details or contact customer support.

  • Store-Initiated Cancellations: If a product is discontinued or becomes unavailable, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

7. Refunds & Returns

All refunds and returns for pre-order items follow our standard store return policy unless otherwise specified.
Items damaged upon arrival or defective can be returned or exchanged according to our warranty/return guidelines.

8. Price Changes

Prices for pre-order items are locked in at the time of purchase. If the price increases later, you will not be charged the difference. If the price drops before release, we may (but are not required to) adjust your order.

9. Communication

We will send updates regarding:

  • Order confirmation

  • Changes to release or shipping dates

  • Shipping notifications when your item is dispatched
